“…In 2019, CG Detroit® supplemented our rebrand efforts by producing and installing the graphics for our entire fleet of vehicles. The logistics of scheduling this was no small feat and CG Detroit® made it look easy. They also fabricated and installed our new interior signage, window graphics and exterior signage on the building — it looks great; they were fantastic to work with and we will continue to build this business partnership moving forward.” Debby Brauer, Director of Marketing | Business Development at LaSalle Construction
FIELD MEASURE
When LaSalle Construction approached us with their new logo to rebrand their signage and fleet, we knew it was the ideal assignment for our team. The 20+ vehicle fleet was the right project at the right time, and even though, to LaSalle, it seemed like a daunting task, our crew was already in the zone and prepared to engineer the overhaul.
DESIGN-BUILD
There is no one-size-fits-all process for signage rebranding, but just like in construction, with the design-build approach, CG Detroit® was able to easily guide the projects with one main expert manager. With this type of operation, we streamlined scheduling, increased efficiencies by having our designer — who is also an installer and fabricator — on the small crew. This meant we were able to save time and keep costs down. Each element worked together to make sure the vision and the outcome were in sync. The exterior complements the interior, achieving the image that our client had in mind. And in the end, we produced an outcome that is appealing to both employee and customer.
PUNCH-LIST
Our business is about maintaining relationships and helping brands build their organization. CG Detroit®’s expertise is in knowing that vehicle graphics work 24/7, so together with LaSalle, we generated a design that would give them the best return on their investment. Fleet graphics get your product out in front of your ideal market. On the street or parked at a construction site, your most important audience sees the finished product and your truck becomes a moving billboard just for their eyes.
SPECIFICATIONS
ROI is the deciding factor for the success of any redesign, and LaSalle came to the right source to deliver. Our friends at 3M have helped us with the data on the major factor of how many people your “ad” gets in front of. According to 3M’s study, these are the costs for every 1,000 impressions you can expect, with fleet graphics being the most cost-effective:
• Television Ads – $23.70 per 1,000 impressions
• Magazine Ads – $21.46 per 1,000 impressions
• Newspaper Ads – $19.70 per 1,000 impressions
• Radio Ads – $7.75 per 1,000 impressions
• Billboards – $3.56 per 1,000 impressions
• Fleet Graphics – $0.48 per 1,000 impressions
